So, grab your calendar and jot down each task. And don’t forget to ask a friend to join you as your accountability partner. Each day focuses on a specific aspect of wellness to help you build healthier habits.

Let’s dive in!

Day 1: Hydration Day

  • Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water. Start your day with a glass of water and carry a water bottle.

Day 2: Active Day

  • Incorporate 30 minutes of physical activity. Choose an activity you enjoy, such as walking, cycling, or dancing.

Day 3: Healthy Eating Day

  • Prepare a balanced meal with at least three different colored vegetables. Focus on whole foods and avoid processed snacks.

Day 4: Mindfulness Day

  • Spend 10 minutes meditating or practicing deep-breathing exercises. Focus on being present and reducing stress.
